Dorothy who attended Sikkim Manipal University (SMU) was said to be having an affair with three of her course mate said Asiya, a friend of hers.Asiya also said “I was with her a day before the incident Dorothy told her that she will be sending a text message to one of her boyfriend but unfortunately she sent it to the three boyfriends unconsciously. She did not know that the message was sent to the three of them not until the day of the incident. The three boyfriends came in and she was surprised that she did not send any message to the two other guys".
An anonymous source also said “the three boyfriends clashed with each other and left her all alone that that night”.
